1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by 888f at https://888f.pro, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the 888f Privacy Policy and the 888f Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 888f platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all 888f services accessible via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method. Your continued use of 888f following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 888f recommends that you review this document periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 888f and to use any 888f service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 888f strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. 888f reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) active 888f account at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 888f or any other gaming platform pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement that encompasses 888f. Circumventing a self-exclusion to register a new account is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Own funds: You must only gamble using funds that you personally own and have the legal right to use. Using funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 888f services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and to promptly update any information that changes.

3.1 KYC Verification. 888f operates under an international gaming license that mandates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to provide, and you agree to provide upon request, any or all of the following: a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered mobile number), and any other documentation 888f reasonably requires to verify your identity, age, or the source of your funds.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888f account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 888f shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You agree to notify 888f immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Attempts to open additional accounts — whether under the same identity, a related identity, or a fabricated identity — will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. 888f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or a request from a relevant regulatory authority.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. 888f accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your 888f account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposits are Final. Once a deposit instruction has been processed, it cannot be reversed. If you encounter any issue with a deposit, you must contact 888f support with the relevant transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. 888f processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified per payment method in the cashier. 888f reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value withdrawal requests or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 888f account. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees. 888f reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. The applicable fee rate is displayed in the account settings section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by 888f are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. The following general provisions apply to all 888f bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Only players who have fully completed KYC verification are eligible to claim and withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• One bonus per household: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse: 888f actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk exposure; collusion between multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Right to withdraw: 888f reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 888f is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game's interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before participating.

6.2 RNG Certification. All non-live games (slots, RNG table games, and instant win games) on 888f use Random Number Generators that have been independently certified for fairness by third-party testing laboratories. Certification is renewed on a quarterly basis. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games stream real-time gameplay from professional studios. Outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice handled by human dealers under camera supervision. 888f has no ability to influence live dealer game outcomes after a round has commenced.

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that affects the integrity of a game round, 888f reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and play. Claims based on malfunctions will be assessed at 888f's reasonable discretion.

6.5 Disconnection. 888f is not responsible for losses suffered as a result of your internet connection, device failure, or power interruption during gameplay. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection before placing bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888f platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or using an account using false, incomplete, or misleading identity information.
• Allowing or enabling any third party to access or use your 888f account on your behalf.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 888f platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other 888f account holders.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain access to the accounts of other 888f players or to 888f's administrative systems.
• Engaging in any activity that 888f reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion agreement, or account suspension imposed by 888f.
• Reproducing, modifying, or distributing any 888f platform content without prior written authorisation from 888f.

888f reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension; forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings; permanent account closure; reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

888f is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. The following tools are available to all 888f account holders through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you deposit to your 888f account. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session loss limits: You may set a maximum loss limit for a single gaming session.
• Session time reminders: You may configure notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888f platform, including but not limited to: the 888f name, logo, and trademarks; all game software, graphics, animations, and audio; all written content, page layouts, and database structures; and all other intellectual property visible on or embedded within https://888f.pro, is the exclusive property of 888f or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888f platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of any 888f platform content; reverse-engineering of any 888f software or game; or use of the 888f brand in connection with any third-party service without prior written consent from 888f.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888f's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the 888f platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to 888f in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 888f shall not be liable for any: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or interruption of access to the 888f platform; or (d) losses arising from events outside 888f's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, telecommunications outages, government action, or natural events.

10.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 888f makes no representation that you will win any particular amount or be profitable in your use of the 888f platform. The house retains a mathematical advantage in all casino games.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

888f collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with 888f, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

888f collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account creation and identity verification; processing of deposits and withdrawals; compliance with KYC and AML regulatory obligations; fraud prevention and platform security; improvement of platform services; and communication of promotional offers where you have opted in to such communications.

888f will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. 12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Player Complaints. 12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with 888f's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant supervisory authority under 888f's international gaming license. 12.3 Game Dispute Finality. The result of any completed game round on 888f is final once the round has concluded, subject only to 888f's right to void results in the event of a confirmed technical malfunction as described in Section 6.4 above.

12.4 Errors and Omissions. If 888f pays out an amount to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or erroneous bonus calculation — 888f reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly paid amount in full from your account balance or, if insufficient balance exists, to offset it against future deposits.

13 Amendments to These Terms

888f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where 888f makes material changes to these Terms & Conditions, it will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon your next login to 888f; an email notification to your registered email address; or a prominent notice on the 888f website.

Your continued use of the 888f platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended term, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the 888f platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms & Conditions were most recently revised. The version currently published at https://888f.pro/terms-conditions is the operative version and supersedes all prior versions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888f's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming license.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint and escalation process described in Section 12 above.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired by such finding.
